PigPDF shows the processing mode, current limits and known failure cases before every operation. Start here when a document is rejected or an output looks different than expected.

Choose a workflow

Use the smallest tool for the job

The 93 current betas cover page organization, conversion, overlays, form inspection, metadata and security reports, rendering, OCR, embedded-text extraction and local workflow reports.

Merge joins complete PDFs in the displayed file order.
Split creates several PDFs from pages or ranges.
Extract, Delete, Reorder and Rotate work on a visual page grid.
JPG to PDF and PNG to PDF create one PDF page per image.
Metadata Viewer reports document facts without changing the PDF.

If a file is rejected

The refusal is usually a guardrail

Current betas reject cases that could silently lose data or produce a misleading result.

Password-protected, damaged or unsupported PDFs are rejected.
Page-changing tools reject interactive forms and signature fields.
The current PDF workspace limit is 100 MB and a 250-page grid.
Image conversion accepts up to 30 matching images and 100 MB total.

Offline and recovery

Reload once online before relying on offline use

The installed PWA can reopen a supported route after that route and its processing assets have loaded successfully on the same device.

Browser or operating-system cleanup can remove cached routes.
Reset clears the current in-memory job, not the source file.
Every modifying tool creates a new output and keeps the source unchanged.
